By creating an ATTYR account or using our services you agree to these terms. ATTYR provides AI-powered styling tools — virtual closet, outfit recommendations, virtual try-on, and cross-brand sizing — for personal use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ATTYR (16 in the EU, or the digital age of consent in your jurisdiction). You're responsible for the photos you upload and the accuracy of the information you provide.

Photos you upload to ATTYR remain yours. By uploading you grant ATTYR a license to process the photo for the purposes of the service (AI tagging, background removal, virtual try-on rendering, storage of the derived item). This license ends when you delete the item or your account.

You agree not to upload photos that aren't yours to upload — copyrighted content you don't have rights to, photos of other people without consent, or material that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

Outfit recommendations, try-on composites, size translations, and stylist commentary are produced by AI. They are best-effort, not infallible. Sizing in particular is a recommendation grounded in measurements and brand charts — it's not a guarantee of fit. Try the piece on, measure twice, return if it doesn't work.

When ATTYR recommends a piece available for purchase, the outbound link is often affiliate-tagged. If you buy through that link, ATTYR may earn a commission from the retailer. This never affects what we recommend — recommendations are composed for fit, taste, and wardrobe-fit, not for commission rate.

ATTYR's core features are free. Some features (credit-gated actions like extended try-on renders or full-look generation) may require credits or a subscription. Payment terms, refund policy, and cancellation are described on the relevant in-app screen at the moment of purchase.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breaches of these terms — uploading abusive content, fraud, attempting to harm other users or the service. You can terminate your account at any time from Settings; account deletion removes your data within thirty days.

ATTYR is provided "as is." We try to keep the service reliable and the AI useful, but we make no warranty that every recommendation will be perfect, every try-on accurate, or the service uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATTYR's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months, or one hundred USD — whichever is greater.

When these terms change materially we'll notify you via the email address on your account. The last-updated date at the top of this page is always current. Continued use of ATTYR after the change constitutes acceptance.
