Welcome to Attyr. These terms explain what you can expect from the service and what we expect from you. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
What Attyr is
Attyr is a personal styling app. Inside it, an AI stylist named Atti generates virtual try-on looks, commentary, outfit suggestions, and shopping guidance. Outputs are visual previews and stylistic opinions — not guarantees of fit, quality, or retailer availability.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, which removes your personal data immediately.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant Attyr a limited licence to process, transform, and display those images solely to deliver the service (try-on generation, commentary, wardrobe digitisation). We don't sell your images and we don't train public models on them.
Acceptable use
Don't upload someone else's photos without permission. Don't use Attyr to generate sexually explicit, abusive, or misleading content. Don't try to reverse-engineer or resell the service. Don't attempt to bypass rate limits or the credit system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Community feed
When you publish a look to the feed, you confirm it's yours to share and that you want it visible to every signed-in Attyr member. Your identity is not displayed next to public posts, but posts are moderated and may be rejected if they breach the acceptable-use rules. You can un-publish or delete your posts at any time.
Credits and purchases
Expensive AI actions (try-on, motion clips, voice narration, HD upscales) cost credits. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If a paid action fails on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. Prices, packs, and subscriptions may change — we'll give reasonable notice.
Affiliate links
Attyr may earn a commission when you purchase through retailer links we surface. This never changes the price you pay. We recommend products we think are worth considering, not products we're paid to recommend.
Service availability
We aim for high availability, but third-party providers (image generation, motion, voice, commerce) can go down or change terms. Attyr is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that can't be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Attyr evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
